I was home alone today for lunch with only my four critters and realized my light lunch needed to be followed up with something more satisfying to give me staying power until dinner. The weather is doing “that thing,” changing the temperature, moisture, and sun light.
What could I give myself for a special dessert that would be rather guiltless and especially healthy and satisfying? Crustless pumpkin pie to the rescue, welcome Fall, welcome! But, not all the guilt with it!
I took out:

- organic ground cinnamon
- organic ground ginger
- ground cloves
- organic half and half
- organic maple syrup
Add two large Tbs of roasted pumpkin mix, or canned pumpkin. Mix in 1 tsp or more to desire of cinnamon 1/4 tsp of ginger and 1/4 tsp of ground clove 2 tsp or more of Grade B maple syrup, to desire 1 tsp of half and half, yep, that’s all it takes to really blend all the flavors and texture together! No guilt, all the joy!
That’s all it takes, and warm up in the microwave for 30 seconds and you have an absolutely heart happy, delicious, Fall dessert! It is so healthy for your digestive tract, makes your psyche happy and your heart sing! And did I mention, you will be soooooo satisfied for hours! -Enjoy!
