Heart Hug Across the World with Daniela

Daniela P recently messaged me all the way from Israel. I love the internet and our ability to reach out to each other and talk and help one another. She is a fellow Feldenkrais Practitioner who lives south of       Tel Aviv. Daniela had seen my recent post interviewing another fellow practitioner Beth Rubenstein together with Linda Tellington-Jones talking about her amazing success using the Heart Hug moves with her own daughter. It was nothing short of miraculous!

Daniela wanted a little more support and clarity so she could use if for her own self-help. Here is our conversation and my own personal thoughts science-wise, why I in part believe that the Heart Hug works so well. It is so easy to use and so easy to teach to others. And to have this as a tool to help yourself and others in times of emotional need, trauma and more. It is a beautiful tool to have.

Please excuse me that this video is just short of 30 mins. I think it is worth it.

more warm heart hugs,                                                                                Elinor Silverstein,                                                        www.onstickytopics.com,                                      elinorgutbrain@gmail.com

  1. Thank you Elinor (and Daniela!) for another great video! Something comes to mind here that I learned from Ayurveda: a breathing technique where we breathe in for a count of four and breathe in for a count of eight… because breathing out tones the vagal nerve! Many yoga practices teach this, but it hasn’t been explained to me until I was in India at an Ayurvedic hospital… Thank you also for explaining to do this with animals, I love to hear about anything that will help our furry companions! Big heart hug blessings to you!
